Vibrant Femme Functional Medicine provides virtual functional medicine consultations, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) assessment and management, and related health and wellness services to patients located in states where Kathleen Pizzolatto, NP-C is licensed to practice.

Our services are delivered entirely online via our website and patient portal platforms (currently Practice Better and Scalerize). Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment until a formal patient-provider relationship has been established.

3. Patient Portal and Account Access

To access our patient portal or schedule services, you will need to create an account. You agree to:

• A formal patient-provider relationship is established only upon completion of intake, review, and mutual agreement to proceed — not upon booking alone

• Our services do not replace emergency medical care; in the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately

5. Purchasing Products and Services

Consultations and Service Packages

When you purchase a consultation or service package, you are purchasing access to professional healthcare services as described at the time of booking. All service purchases are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Supplements and Physical Products

We offer supplements and health-related physical products through our website. By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement

• All payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete

• You have the legal right to use the payment method provided

Due to the nature of professional healthcare services, all consultation and service fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
